      Pros

      I managed to get out and got a job with a respectful employer without wasting too much of my life.

      Cons

      Treat staff badly and get them to post Glassdoor reviews to boost their score - were at 2* at one point. CEO publicly stated to lie to get business and worry about it later. Staff pretend to work globally when majority are based out of India - why? Lucky if you are paid on time (even when you are an employee) and then they blame the bank! Really! Benefits - you are lucky to have a job. The list goes on.!

      Interview process was Quick.

      Cons

      Worst Organization. They don't pay you for what they offer. Night Sift allowance is offered, but not paid. they don't care for employee's issues. no response nothing. Salary is not paid on time. Whatever is offered is also unpaid and later unnecessary deductions are displayed.

      Pros

      They just see their own good, never assist to employee issues. They pay peanuts, bloody misers. The owner knows nothing about recruitment yet expects something like miracle. There is nothing OK even to say about this company. Only good for freshers when they are giving them training. This is the worst company I have ever worked for.

      They are themselves BIG CONS!!!!!
