      “Misleading Reviews!!! STAY AWAY! ” Its a Nightmare

      No Pros, I cant even think about 1. All the good reviews are from the freshers who get hired and get training from. After few months when they realize that Eteam is not a good co. they quit. This is the worst co. I have ever worked with. This is only a good co. for fresh graduates ho get hired and trained.

      Cons

      They are a big CON, FRAUD,FALSE PROMISES! Very LOW Salary, No good POC'S. Bad client interaction. Clients are good but they don't know how to handle them. For a senior recruiter like 4 years exp. they only give 40K. there is nothing good in this company. they dont even care to solve on floor issues!!!!!

      Worst Work Culture

      Pros has to be zero Worst work culture Poor management Inability to maintain team Politics within the management

      Worst company that I have ever seen. Matt Ronald aka Vishal Bisht he has no ettiquetes to talk to female employees specially. They put people on PIP ask and force the managers to put them just to remove them from the company. If I talk about timings endless extension of work is there they ask you shamelessly to extend your shift talk like to employees use abusive language. And they play with numbers as well show fake data to the management. The whole environment is so toxic that anyone would go in the phase or depression. They play with their employees. They ask you to login half hour early and let you go one hour late otherwise they threaten you for termination.

      Competitive Salary Structure, payouts were on time

      Cons

      The managers imposed an incredibly burdensome workload by assigning unworkable tasks. They relentlessly pressured us to keep dialing phone numbers without any regard for relevance or effectiveness. It became an exhausting and frustrating cycle that severely affected our productivity and well-being.
