      Not great. Communication is a nightmare.

      Pros

      The flexibility is nice and the virtual world is neat. Unique and forward thinking. Ability to work anytime and no commute.

      Cons

      Communication is awful. Good luck getting someone to respond to you. Growing pains and instead of being exciting, it’s poorly managed.

      Pros

      Amazing support, technology and benefits. Numerous training classes available online. Access to business icons for advice and training.

      Cons

      If you are a Realtor without access to office equipment or meeting space you may find it difficult to work out if your home.

      - 3 ways to generate income - Easy access to documents - Great training - Can take average agent to a successful through revenue sharing -Retirement

      Cons

      -NO bricks and mortar -V world drags a little a bit sometimes, but that could be me
