      great cloud based format. very different from traditional brokerage. Lots of learning opportunities

      Cons

      may not be ideal for a brand new agent to learn the ropes of basic real estate with this company

      Amazing Company and Opportunity!

      Pros

      Great communication, technology, tools and personal website were at my fingertips immediately. Onboarding process was quick and easy. Was switched over and active in just a few days.

      Cons

      No cons to report...all has been great so far. Had to take a minute to get the new cards ordered but that was exciting as well. Loving the freedom and potential.

      Living inside a computer

      Pros

      There is no office. You can be at home 365 days a year and never go to the office. There is no one breathing down your neck.

      Cons

      There is no office. All meetings are held in a virtual world. I’ve been there a while and haven’t even spoken to my broker. The broker to agent ratio may be crazy. Feel like I’m on an island by myself. This is not a good place for new realtors at all. No sense of team, support, Or any type of office buzz... not sure how this company is getting such high ratings.
