Very good (and expensive) CRM provided, strong support whenever help has been needed, constantly improving.

Cons

There are some markets and niches where brick and mortar may be needed, some people may need broker generated leads.

Meet with other agents, lenders, title companies, vendors, etc. If for some reason you MUST have a professional office setting to meet someone at, being an agent with eXp offers access to the Regus office's. 100% green! Stock ownership. Residual income. Real retirement options. Tons of free training. Agent support. Tech support. Transaction support. Training support. And so on.

80/20% commission split. BUT eXp gives it back through their Revenue Share. So, NO Cons

Cons
