Pros

With EXP Realty you are free to work at your pace and still have an unlimited amount of of resources for whatever your needs are. EXPI is a public ally traded stock that has done well and EXP gives you every opportunity to obtain shares. There is too many pros to go on about but this company has something for everyone.

Cons

Sometimes difficult not having a ton of offices available for agents.

I worked with a great team who I was happy to go to work with every day. Fair pay and benefits.

Cons

It was a great job for me where I felt like I was learning the job and keeping a good pace. I was always told by my superiors that I was doing a good job! Then one day I was called to a meeting where many of us were told that we were no longer needed and should leave immediately. We were told of a fair severance package and also that we could be rehired but they were expecting a “downturn” in business” Fast forward a couple of days and I receive a severance letter saying that I can never apply again. “Sign it or they won’t release pay” i called HR and they sent me a new contract minus that one clause. Fast forward a few months and I think of reapplying but, you guessed it, My file says do not hire! For what I guess I will never know. Typical for corporate I guess but still a crappy way to treat people
