Great technology and support. I was able to 2x my income when I joined with eXp and that is really due to the community support.

Cons

Somewhat high fees unless you're able to hit Icon status which you get all your brokerage fees back in stock!

Pros

We're led by many former high-producing agents and team leaders, not industry outsiders. Our united front of 90,000 agents is second to none.

Cons

Working at a cloud-based brokerage can take getting used to for many agents. EXP has many team leaders who lease office space that can be shared with local team members as one solution.
