      eXp Realty offers a lot of flexibility and is great for self-motivated agents who want to build their business without being tied to a traditional office. The cloud-based model is convenient, training resources are solid, and there are multiple ways to grow income through commissions, stock, and revenue share. It also gives agents freedom to manage their own schedule and brand.

      Cons

      Because the model is highly independent, newer agents can struggle if they need a lot of hands-on support or structure. Success depends heavily on your own lead generation, consistency, and ability to manage your business. Some fees and split structures can also feel frustrating, especially early on when deals are not closing consistently.
