EXP has been a life changer for me.

Pros

I was part-time in the industry and was looking to switch companies from a 100% commission based to something that will give me the training and coaching I needed to take my real estate business to the next level and I found it with EXP. The platform and all the tools they offer once implemented, you have all you need to succeed in you real estate career. The key is to be involved in a team that provides coaching.

Cons

If you are not involved in a team, it may seem overwhelming and as if you are working alone with no direction. Although EXP provides a plethora of training and workplace app, it is virtual and too much information that at it is hard to connect with others and keep up with the applications interactions.
