Incredibly disappointed with this company. I was hired as salary and worked 60+ hours a week during our annual meetings. During Covid these meetings were virtual and had to create processes for our icons with little direction. We were literally making things up as we went to satisfy our agents so that they could receive their stock. There was so much turnover in our department so I was training a new person every month. It came to my attention that many people transferred departments as the direct management in my department was treating people unkindly. I came to deal with this personally myself. It was also brought to light that management was hiring family and friends within their department so there was favoritism happening behind the scenes. I believe I was targeted and set up to lose my job which I won’t get into but I will say that HR did not have my back. Too many changes, lack of systems and overworked staff…I would steer clear of this company. The 3.5 years I worked there I never had a review or bonus. Never worked for a corporate company that did not offer a performance bonus.

Lack of in person interaction makes it difficult to network.
