Pros

ebbo is a great company to work for. They offer great benefits but most of all compassion for their employees and collaboration across teams. They often run surveys to get feedback from employees to implement and/or change things to make ebbo the employer of choice. They also offer great, thorough and welcoming onboarding for new employees.

Cons

Being a growth-equity company the bar can be set high and as a result the pace and workload can be demanding/high at times. However, it does come with reward in the form of appreciation and bonuses to name a few.

Pros

Bananas in the cafe. Week after Christmas off.

Cons

Leadership are just a bunch of bros and know very little about their departments/industries. Company recently laid off half its workforce. Pay is low and managers gaslight you if you ask for fair market compensation. This place is where careers go to die.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As you may or may not know 50% of our employees who are at the Sr. Vice President level or above are female, and our overall population is just under 60% female currently. We did have to make the hard decision to leave the promotions agency business and focus exclusively on the loyalty business which did result in layoffs. However, the loyalty and direct businesses are very healthy and will continue to drive profitable business in the future.
