Pros

This company is eco-friendly since we recycle used phones. The company is fun and willing to bring in new hires. They are always bringing in excellent talent and they want you to do your best. The company thrives off of your hard work dedication and loves to see you improve

Cons

The only cons are people calling in to recycle their copper, cables, TV, and everything that is not a cell phone. However, we direct them to the right place so their call doesn't go unanswered.

great place to build your resume plenty of exposure to various mechanical and electrical troubleshooting techniques.

Cons

Management is very "engaged" in the day to day activities of the supervisors causing a sense of micromanagement for everyone. The company is still struggling to be profitable for the parent company Outerwall.
