Any company that is acquired will eventually become a hell hole They took away most of our benefits and added strict attendance policies making it harder to get a day off

Hybrid means mostly remote and benefits are what you'd expect

Cons

Expectations outweigh investment in the people, systems, tools. Work life balance doesn't exist. Unclear direction on long term goals. Extreme reliance on documents that are read once and forgotten. No more sabbatical (best perk ever).

Management does not value Technical Support Specialists. They kick out half of the employees and the other half leaves the company. Hence the company is always hiring but be ready to be terminated.
