      Remote work, work from home

      Cons

      Management, HR, Payroll, certain customers. Unfornuately for me some how my pay was miscalculated and my hourly rate was $ .000065894 on the dollar. So it took a while to receive my correct pay of $25/hr a few months later.. Honestly only company I've ever had issues with pay, I don't even know how that happens. But I quit, they provided a severance and sent me a t-shirt to apologize for the inconvenience.

      Great people and culture. Interesting products and services that have a real impact. Good compensation. They include well being days, PTO, learning budget, etc.

      Cons

      Big, slow corporation. Ruthless prioritization creates a fight for resources.

      No tech company is great to work for, but ecobee is better than most

      Competitive pay Excellent hours Work-life balance supported C-level execs are great

      Cons

      A bit too much whitebread running the show Sucky office location - but sorta nice view Middle management whines to much about organization, strategy, performance metrics etc.
