      Pros

      - Flexible when it comes to remote and hybrid - and what the future of ecobee will look like - Increased mental health benefits, added spending account, a larger focus on well being - Thermostat business is doing well

      Cons

      - Still gaps with DEI in Senior Management - Some Managers could do with some better leadership training and accountability
