Multiple different shifts periods. And you usually don't get your 1st or 2nd preference for the shift you want to work.

Lots of opportunities to stick your hand up and learn if you're willing to put in the extra hours. Exciting company mission and genuine purpose in achieving success while making the world a better place.

Cons

Product decisions relied heavily on 'maximizing features' rather than what customers actually wanted which has led to difficulties with product launches.
