Flexibility to work from home or in the office (hybrid). Talented and friendly people. Great opportunity to learn within and outside your tech stack.

Cons

Parking is expensive and sometimes hard to find. Not close to subway or rail systems.

- I started here as an intern and due to the learning centric environment of ecobee, i got to learn many different aspects of being a software engineer - Always up to using new technology in the stack if the switch is doable and improves the company in some way - Questions are encouraged and road plans are shared with the whole team so everyone knows our collective goals - People are friendly, supportive, welcoming and helpful

Cons

Not really a con but the pros i have mentioned were based off of my experience in one team of ecobee. The experience might not be the same through out the org, Every team runs differently and has different priorities/responsibilities.
