Pros

I recommend this role if you're just starting your career and you don't know which career path to go into. Unless you want to stay in the customer service field and grow. -I recently graduated and I didn't know which career path to do. This role helped me a lot personally. When I first started, I didn't know how to speak and I would stutter when I talk and I have low self esteem but I push myself to talk when speaking with customers. -Calls can be tough sometimes, but you have to think fast and act fast to satisfy the customer. If you're stuck on anything, supervisors are always open to help you. -You get to learn about the general idea about how HVAC equipments work and how to install and setup the thermostat based on the customer's preferences. -There are a lot of opportunities to grow within the customer service department. I'm already doing other tasks besides taking calls. -Biannual salary raises based on your performance.

Cons

The company is still young and growing. There are times when firmware versions break a feature, server crashes, poor UI/UX for their products, device connectivity issues. Occasionally, you'll get calls related to above. Hopefully the company's products will improve over time.
