      Great place to learn

      Pros

      - Very fast paced environment where there's always opportunity to shine or get involved in something new if you want to - Team spirit is high and no one is left on their own to deliver

      Cons

      - Sometimes can be a bit hard to know exactly what's expected of you - priorities can change quickly which means you need to be ok with changing projects pretty frequently
