Some nice and smart people

Cons

Terrible culture. No trust from management to working groups. Leadership doesn’t seem to know/care how to scale. The eero leadership openly hates Amazon although eero is an Amazon subsidiary. No work-life balance. Cutting-throat culture.

Pros

Talent. Some of the smartest ICs I've ever worked with are at eero. I learned so much in my time at eero and it was the launchpad for my career. Discussions about tools & technology are very mature and innovative, and the engineering culture is robust and performant.

Cons

The transition to being an Amazon subsidiary was rocky but the people make eero a great place to work. Tech debt in certain parts of the company and culture conflict were frequent issues. This was mostly the result of being acquired by a much larger company and resolved as things settled down.

Flexible schedule, really fulfilling work, great team. Stock and overall compensation is very generous for the tech field.

Cons

On-call rotations, you’re expected to complete your tasks which may result in working over your 40 hours a week with no overtime.
