The CEO's autocratic decisions, biased treatment, and toxic work culture hinder personal and professional growth. Beware of joining this company, as it may lead to unnecessary suffering and disappointment.The engineering director embodies toxicity and manipulates others for personal gain, discarding them when convenient. Avoid getting entangled with this company to prevent unnecessary suffering.

Pros

I have been with the company for past 10+ years. I have started my career as a project intern and steadily progressed my career in multiple challenging projects and got into leadership role currently. Overall its a great experience in my career journey. Company is growing in a rapid pace in advanced technologies. For a new engineers, its a great place to get good exposure on the latest cutting edge technologies. Higher management team is really approachable and every employee's suggestions are taken care.

Cons

I dont have anything that can be worth mentioning.

Pros

Not much but would say decent salary for freshers. But again if we gonna compare it with amount of work per day in hours, I would say the salary is OK and not too high.

Cons

1) No work life balance 2) No employee friendly policies. For example, without any double thoughts the company would want an employee to work over nights and on weekend which are holidays and at the same time adding more constraints on work from home. So, basically there is no flexibility.
