Dont let the negative reviews influence your decision. This is really a nice company to work with, they are growing. You can learn latest wireless technologies and your work will be recognized well. The management respects employees and does the best, from rewards to recognition and safety. The work culture is different here, its awesome, when compared to other companies, you get attached emotionally and get motivated in completing the assignment ! Owing, to COVID situation, the management's measures to assist employees were awesome. It build trust !

Cons

Politics will be present wherever we go, If you are doing good, you will not be in the radar!. Work life balance would have been better.
