"Was" a good place to work

-Good projects to learn. -Self funded company. -A great team of seniors ( I will call people with more than 4 years of experience as seniors). -When compared to few other same sized companies they are doing good in terms of projects.

Cons

- Stop terming junior and 2&3 years engineers as sr. Engineers. - Time to realize 2 Freshers cannot do one experienced engineer's job. - I think calling engineer, resource, or whatever term doesn't matter unless that person is allowed to work in a single project at a time! - Its not some article 370 that we would fire the employee if they don't listen to managers! - Never be fooled by pictures, they are either old, the faces doesn't exist in Embedur anymore, or the whole office is closed (Bangalore)! -

Starting my career from a fresher to a TL managing 5 people, this company has given me immense opportunity to better my technical and people management skills.

Cons

Training freshers - a special department to take care of the basic engineering skill sets should be organised.
