Regarding work-life balance, we understand that availability for urgent matters can impact personal time. Due to our global presence, we sometimes need to provide support outside standard time zones. To accommodate this, we offer flexible work timings with minimal restrictions on mandatory reporting hours and provide work-from-home grants. We take pride in having some of the best work-from-home practices in our industry.
