Pros

Seriously nothing worth to mention.

Cons

Since it is a small company, people might think that they will get trained with variety of skills, but your guess will be wrong with respect to this company.long working hours(sometimes you need to forget your home also) and without giving proper training to employees, management will expect high output from the employees.micro management of employees. No basic facilities like cafeteria or cab available.people can be seen working even in weekends.Even after 2 years of joining im not satisfied with the company. All the worst reviews in glassdoor are 100% true.attrition rate is very high in this company.

Pros

Salary is ok. That's it there isn't anything else in pros.

Cons

Work is literally copy pasting. Not a good place to learn due to hard deadline. Also working late hrs and weekends is very common. There is no canteen, no proper snacks late night and most importantly only 1cab. 140 employees and 1cab how cheap can a company go?and yes there is bond too

Pros

Decent hiring standards. Small team sizes that enable fast movement of ideas. A less than bureaucratic workplace. Some of the US based managers are so awesome with the way they field client calls and weekly meetings and you'd definitely learn a thing or two in time management. Technology wise, there is decent opportunity in working with leading internet OEMs and picking up solid skills in L2/L3 network engineering. Good appraisal process (for salaries).

Cons

Insane work loads. Forget having a work life balance. Time difference between India and California makes it difficult for engineers to sync. Engineers often have to stay late or report very early to get some face time / call time. New graduates are going to gain little by joining, especially the folks who have little inclination towards L2/L3 network engineering. It is possible that you may feel underutilised or overworked without any real skill development. Enforcement of service agreenments. Not so great growth opportunities (though the same cannot be said about salaries). Tough luck if you want to get a foot in the door into management because you may stay an engineer for a really long time at embedUR.
