We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on our interview process. Our goal is to create a straightforward approach that assesses candidates’ core knowledge, clarity of thought, and conceptual understanding, rather than relying solely on coding tests. We believe this allows us to better evaluate a candidate’s potential. We also design our rounds to gradually increase in difficulty, which helps us gauge candidates’ abilities and fit within our team. It’s great to hear that you found the rounds manageable. While we do have a minimum academic requirement of 75% as part of our initial filtration process, this is intended to help us identify candidates who can excel, rather than focusing solely on CGPA.
