Pros

- If you are lucky you might get chance to work on some good tech. But this won't happen most of the times as It's 90% Service based company with almost all project in Bug-fixing mode.

Cons

- There are tons of cons, listing a few: - One of the worst Engineering and HR management you'll ever find. 0 % employee centric, 100% employer centric management. - Excessive Work Pressure - the management had normalised this. - One of the cheap companies you'll find as they won't even spend a penny for employee benefits. - MICRO MANAGING at its peak - HR Department is just a bunch of clowns who won't function using their own brains, rather they just religiously follow whatever their reporting person says. No Guts to question anything to upper management. - Bull sh*t Policies which wont make any sense at all! And the policies are biased. - BOND for 3 years for freshers - Isn't this a enough RED FLAG to stay away from this company? - Worst Engineering Directors and Managers who are there just to micro-manage rather than doing productive management

"We understand that you have some frustrations, and we’d like to address the concerns you've raised. embedUR proudly positions itself as a go-to partner for embedded systems in every industry with a strong track record of over two decades, supported by enduring partnerships with premium clients. Our business is dynamic, and while we engage in various aspects of technology which includes complete product cycle, we are not solely focused on bug fixing. The nature of our projects evolves with current technology trends and client needs. Regarding work pressure, it's true that high-quality work often involves challenges. Our customer base includes pioneers in the WiFi and networking domains as well as Fortune 500 firms, and maintaining high standards is essential to our long-standing success and reputation. We recognize the intensity of these expectations. Your personal well-being is of utmost importance and it would be highly encouraged if this was raised with your respective managers and HR, including instances of micro managing. As for the bond of 3 years, this practice is in-line with IT Industry norms for freshers. Without such agreeable norms, we wouldn’t be successful in hiring from Premium Institutions for several years. Thank you for raising these points. We appreciate the nudge on 'People Centric Culture'. With our 36-day leave policy, flexible work-from-home grants for engineers, transparent peer to peer recognition and health coverage for employees’ and their families, we’re on the right track of progress. We constantly updating ourselves to the market trend and ensure to do so in the upcoming years."
