Rewarding job but poor management

Pros

Amazing people to work with, children make this job extremely rewarding when they reach a goal a return to their home school, flexible school schedule able to take breaks to take students to play outside exploring

Cons

Very high turnover due to poor higher management (executive team) if you miss more days than given if sick even with a dr note you get verbal written warning then on probation for possibly being let go I was admitted in hospital for heart problems came back and was asked by executive team why I wasn’t in the classroom teaching they have no sympathy for their employees

Pros

enCircle, is an awesome place to work. It's family oriented which helps with keeping life and work well balanced and it produces a lovely working atmosphere. Management is awesome and provides a listening ear when needed. I've worked in the Developmental Services field for a while and this is the best place I have worked. Company offers training to support you in position and strives to help you be successful in it.
