Pros

I am have been extremely satisfied with working with enCircle. The culture is positive and upper management is transparent and seeks to continuously improve and apply the guiding principals of the agency. I've been able to have a healthy work/life balance, have a supportive, approachable supervisor, and have continued to learn and grow in my position. Of all my jobs I've had through the years, I have been the most content with this job at this agency and hope to work here many, many more years. My job is within administrative services, but the agency has a variety of positions across many many departments. I definitely recommend working here!

Pros

Flexibility, remote work options, a true dedication to DEI, annual raises, lots of paid time off, many holidays, genuine effort at healthy work/life balance, affordable healthcare options, good dental coverage, managers and employees who care about their work

Cons

No room to move up for mid-level employees, no way to make more money outside of annual cost-of-living raises, career development and education focus is on hourly-wage employees and departments with high turnover. Overall the pros outweigh the cons.

Pros

Supportive team, flexible schedule, competitive salary, educational assistance program and ongoing professional development.

Cons

I work remote, so I miss the fellowship of the office environment at times. Fortunately, I can jump on a Teams call and chat with one of my teammates on short notice.
