Pros
I've been here a little over three months. Where do I start: - Management is genuinely open to feedback and criticism and acts on employee suggestions - Managers motivate through encouragement and mentoring. I never feel shamed if I make a mistake. - My Manager checks in with me regularly to make sure I have what I need and feel supported by the company. - There's ZERO expectation that I'm available after hours or on weekends. - I've gotten more positive feedback in the few months I've been here than I did for years in my last job. - Hybrid schedule allows me to WFH a couple days a week - Everyone is warm, welcoming and supportive. I feel wanted and my contributions are recognized and celebrated. - environment is positive and non-political - Leadership is transparent about what the company is doing and what the priorities are - Company is growing rapidly and has many career advancement paths for people looking to grow in their careers.
Cons
- Little opportunity for remote work for non-office employees. - Health Insurance plans are not very good, but management is looking to improve at next renewal. - Fast growth can leave some things communicated less effectively.
