No cons besides sometimes my own inability to focus on my own self-care and adopt the evolvedMD values. I am conditioned to overwork myself when they tell me not to.

Pros

I am still new to evolvedMD but I already love working here! Everyone has made me feel so welcomed and important. I am learning a lot and there is a lot to learn but I have felt supported the entire time. I love the hybrid WFH/Office schedule!

Cons

The company is growing rapidly and the office space at HQ is a bit cramped but that will be remedied within the year and there isn't a breakroom space at HQ for lunch breaks so you end up eating out or at your desk.
