      As the company continues to expand and grow, roles and responsibilities may shift too. Change is inevitable with growth, however this may be perceived as a negative for some.

      evolvedMD not only has a great mission and purpose, but they focus on the employee as well and make sure self-care is at the forefront. evolvedMD is so different from other behavioral healthcare companies in that they do not want to burn you out and they truly value each and every one of their employees and the skillset that they bring. They provide excellent support and training for those wanting their licensure hours and opportunities for bonuses and growth within the company. They also provide great access to communicate with all levels of management and really make it feel like a family. The company is also diverse and strives to be different within the healthcare community. If you want a different vibe and to be valued, included and make a difference, this is a company to check out.

      Cons

      There really are no cons. The only thing is that since the company is smaller the healthcare benefits are slightly more expensive, but this will change as the company grows.
