Pros

Working here is relatively stress-free because if the great work-life balance. There are lovely people and great managers, we are such a flat company that it is easy for anyone to chat with anyone, even the CEO. Fun is encouraged and the atmosphere here allows for ideas and enthusiasm to grow.

Cons

The mindset of frugality has gotten the company ahead over the past years. Money is spent on fun and/or benefits rather than paychecks. We're not necessarily underpaid, but the company is full of young people who have lots of student debts and high rents...if you have a lavish lifestyle, the salary here might not cut it for you.

Pros

I love this place! This company has a great culture and people are having fun. I have found folks are helpful and friendly and they take a genuine interest in each other. This is a transparent place, with no politics that I can see. I feel challenged and valued and I am pushed to do my best work every day. The place is full of adults who know what they are doing and aren't pretentious. Refreshing for a startup.

Cons

None. This is the most rewarding job ever.

Pros

ezCater has a great -- no extraordinary -- culture and you instantly feel like part of the family. Working at ezCater allows you to see the rapid movement of successful young companies. ezCater is growing really fast and you actually can feel it here. If you love change, and love challenge ezCater is the place for you. The culture is the big sell for ezCater. I cannot talk about how fantastic the culture is enough. You are also given as much or as little autonomy as you can handle.

Cons

There are not really many growth opportunities, and the pay isn't great. The only growth paths that seem to arise are vertical or horizontal into a different department (which unfortunately involves just another basic role in a different department). The payment structure is also a little off. You don't normally see an increase, and base pay is below average for the area.
