Pros
Amazing company culture, everyone is super friendly and fun to be around. You get tons of support. If I had a question about anything, I wasn't afraid to go to management or even walk into the CEO's office and ask. Before I left, beer o'clock was awesome - company provides a fun happy hour on Fridays. I'm assuming it still happens but I can't say for sure. Great way to get to know everyone since the company seemed to hire someone new every day (growing like crazy).
Cons
Not truly a con, but like every job if you lose focus you can get buried in work and feel overwhelmed. They expect everyone to work hard and if they see that you are, but you aren't succeeding they will offer you other opportunities at the company. Truly nothing bad to say
