Pros

Great compensation for the workload. That’s about it.

Cons

People with no understanding of science and no lab background are making decisions about the quality of the products based on lab results. Communication within and between departments is terrible; the lab is always the last to know and is not included in any decisions. Morale in the lab is even worse, with coworkers ignoring each other and pretending to be busy to get out of actual work. The lab has been running short-staffed for months and no one seems to care about the overworked employees on third shift.

Pros

-The company is extremely passionate about challenging the status quo -Benefits are great -Work-life balance is wonderful -Extremely cross collaborative and matrixed in communication structure -Leadership is open to feedback -A lot of untapped opportunity -Has the backing and resources of Coca Cola

Cons

Fast pace can be a lot for some people and isn't for everyone - teams run very lean and agile. Priorities change quickly and can sometimes be hard to keep communication open with teams due to so much change.

Pros

Bonus Small company so that means you get along with everyone fairly well Flexibility with breaks

Cons

Management lacked at communicating If something was not working properly, it was up to you to fix it/deal with it until maintenance could get to you. Not much support No way of moving up unless manager likes you. Not much of a pay raise
