When I started people cared, wanted to make a great product for hard working folk, dynamic products, tried new things often, wanted to spend money on new ideas.

Cons

After being bought out by Coca Cola, the individuals hired were not for the best interest of growth, turned into a squeeze as much out of one person mindset.
