      Pros

      I've been working at firstPRO now for over 3 years now and they have truly given me everything I've need to be successful. They have all the tools you'd want to be a talented recruiting company and they offer their sales team the financial support needed to properly network and market yourself. Their compensation and commission plan is unbelievable.

      Cons

      Not the ideal place for entry level recruiters. All of leadership is in production, so you need to go there knowing you and only you are responsible for your results. You'll get direction and all the support you need, but your individual results are on you.

      Pros

      There is just one rule: bill. There is no HR. You can offend whoever you want. Show up when you want. Leave whenever. As long as you bill, you can do whatever you want (even at the expense of your co-workers just as long as you bill more than they do). That said, you can make A LOT of money as you vanquish your enemies/co-workers.

      Cons

      You can do whatever you want! Which should be cool. The problem is that no structure breeds complacency and a 'no rules environment' is ruined by giving jerks licence to be jerks.

      Pros

      -Only pro is when you're out on client visits and don't have to spend time in the office where everyone talks about everyone and there is absolutely no management or structure what so ever. -Commission structure is actually pretty good.

      Cons

      -No one is there to help. People who have been there the longest like seeing other people fail. -Focus on the failures more than the wins -Bring people in, don't train them, then wonder why they aren't performing well. -Management that was put in place is just terrible. Extremely contradictory - tells you to do one thing one day and do a different thing the next. -There is absolutely no team environment. -When you're in the office, all you hear is negatives and everyone talking about each other behind their backs so no work gets done. - I can't stress enough that there is absolutely NO structure at this place.
