Leadership is misaligned and does not actually lead

Cons

Leadership is misaligned and does not actually lead and only seem to take orders from the CEO who is there 25% of the time. Priorities change as the wind goes and leave the team questioning what the plan is. Each department hates each other and talks trash about each other and no one in leadership does anything about it, in fact they participate.

Leadership reads these reviews and the other negative reviews are accurate. Leadership at all levels is a failure but pretend everything is perfect and everyone is happy. It’s just not true. The amount of turnover is disturbing, one pay raise in 3 years, the annual review system is a joke. Those who just sit at a desk in the shop on their phones will get higher reviews than those who are actually working because there is a whole bunch of good ole boy going on.
