I am just going to make this simple and informative. Beware of coming to work at FlyExclusive as a mechanic. Why? Constant threats from managers, and constant major changes in shift, pay and policies. Management and higher treat you like a Rag, they use you to soak up the mess and then when you can't soak up anything else they throw you out or make your life so miserable it forces you to leave. The answer to everything here is "write the technician up, we need to write up more technicians" which was literally the advice given leads during meetings. If you work here, you will get threatened on a weekly basis and it will eventually tear you down. Do yourself a favor and just keep looking for other jobs.
