Pros

Great Team Collaboration, non-toxic work environment. Everyone works together for the best success of the company. Work/Life Balance is flexible. Work in the office one-day a week. Variety of projects that keep a tedious tasks interesting.

Cons

No raises in two years. On the lower end of the pay scale for Chicago area salaries. Small company = not much room for advancement. Lack of investment in technology and programs that would reduce manual processes.

Love the people that work here. Appreciate the variety of projects. We work in a lot of chains where I shop so it's nice to see our work in them.

Make your own schedule and you can change it if needed.

Cons

Very poor pay rate. They don't pay you for the time you spend scheduling your visits nor do they pay for you to watch training videos. Unable to get an answer from management about why I'm not getting paid to schedule. That's time you should be paid for. Always seeking help due to poor pay rate. Some retail managers are very rude and with the poor pay rate nobody will put up with that. When being paid for mileage, they'll pay you for the shortest distance from point A to point B, regardless if you had to detour.
