Pros

flexible schedule with choosing what stores and days you could go to.

Cons

Was fine at first with the main description of the job but then having extra duties and stores added on with no potential of increased pay.

The amount of hours are not worth the drive

Pros

No micro management. Able to make your own schedule for the most part. The actual merchandising resets are far and few between but I had a couple of them and those were more like 6 or 7 hours and paid more than what their normal pay was for security tagging. Not enough to make me want to stay with the company, though.

Cons

They will expect you to drive 30-40 miles to a store because it is "in your territory" and work for only two hours putting security stickers on items. That's the limit. TWO hours per store when you are security tagging. No pay for mileage. Now, maybe things have changed since then but this was my experience four years ago.

Pros

Was hired but assigned local stores were taken away at last minute. Then no one assigned any stores. Last minute very far away stores were assigned. No way!

Cons

Terrible communication. Way to far to travel. Again, terrible communication.
