Pros

Flexible. You can choose nighttime shift or daytime shift Daytime shift starts at $10.00/hr ad Night starts 10.75/hr Part-time 32 hours a week. Good if your a student or if you have another part-time job. Friendly team lead and co-worker No experience needed; can easily be learned within a workday

Cons

You gotta drive to different Jewel-Osco location to do your merchandising work BUT you get paid 0.55 cents per mile and the farthest I driven was 15 miles so it's not too horrible.

Make your own schedule and you can change it if needed.

Cons

Very poor pay rate. They don't pay you for the time you spend scheduling your visits nor do they pay for you to watch training videos. Unable to get an answer from management about why I'm not getting paid to schedule. That's time you should be paid for. Always seeking help due to poor pay rate. Some retail managers are very rude and with the poor pay rate nobody will put up with that. When being paid for mileage, they'll pay you for the shortest distance from point A to point B, regardless if you had to detour.
