      We are grateful for any feedback from current or former colleagues, but we feel this review is inaccurate. ghSMART is 100% remote (no ‘fun office’) and we don’t have any present or past colleagues in Greenville or any “Financial Representative” title at the firm.

      Best Team in the Business

      Pros

      The collective team is unbelievably talented, you find this throughout the whole organization. You are given the freedom to innovate within your role no matter what your title is. You are encouraged to give constructive feedback and set boundaries for yourself.

      Cons

      Although it is a flat organization (not a lot of movement for the EA role) there are opportunities to grow within the role. Being remote comes with it's own challenges but overall a plus.

      The team of EAs is top notch, very supportive, caring and friendly in a sometimes difficult remote environment. The MP provides amazing leadership and people are clearly his highest concern. Lots of learning and development opportunities for growth within your role. They spare no expense on company trips. If you get on a good desk, you'll enjoy this opportunity.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth, so be prepared to be a life long EA. Like all EA roles, your experience will 100% depend on who you support. There are a handful of egos that are to be avoided, there is shuffling around of desks, so you could end up paired with someone great and then get moved and have a completely different experience. Someone else mentioned perfection is expected at all times, this is more true than you can imagine. And while working remote seems great, it has challenges and you'll often feel tied to your desk more so than if you worked in an office.
