      Pros

      Close knit community of A players, all looking out for your growth and development, while also creating friendships. I love the people I work with, the work we do, and the overall positive experience that every colleague brings to their work.

      Cons

      Growing pains- it's a catch 22. With growth comes new opportunities within PD, but the flexibility of doing things without a "procedure" starts to get streamlined and can be frustrating.

      High Impact and challenging work. Freedom and flexibility, ability to work and take care of family and personal priorities too. Greatest colleagues, across the board. Genuinely invested in each others’ success. Fantastic leadership. They live the values, are decisive, and are willing to pivot and continuously improve.

      Cons

      Working virtually can get lonely. Takes some discipline to pull your head up and connect with colleagues.
