Working at the top of the house with talented and demanding CEOs, CHROs, boards and investors. High-performing, good-hearted colleagues. Lots of distinct IP, which adds up to an ability to make a meaningful difference to clients.

Cons

It's a smaller shop than some of the other global consultancies - a pro or a con depending on what you want
