ghSMART has been a great place to work for many years and just keeps getting better. The firm recently made the Forbes list as one of America's Best Management Consulting Firms, and it is easy to see why. The firm prioritizes both client impact and a fulfilling career experience at the same time. On the client front, the leadership advisory work we do makes a big difference to leaders and organizations we serve, and clients continually thank us for the help we offer. Not a week goes by without some client or another expressing their gratitude. I worked at another consulting firm before and don't remember that happening that often. It is gratifying to hear frequent affirmations that our work matters. On the team front, I have always felt like everybody on this team genuinely cares about one another and does what they can to take care of each other. It is a true apprenticeship environment which means learning opportunities happen every day. The bottom line is meaningful work and great colleagues. It doesn't get much better than that.
