The people and culture are amazing. I have never worked with such a wonderful group of people that truly care about one another and their clients. Although we are a virtual firm, I find that we are connecting with one another often and you really do feel like a part of the time The interview process is very thorough with no trick questions at all. ghSMART really does practice what they preach and do a wonderful job of it.

Exceptional levels of client service. A genuine desire to help clients while leading a balanced professional and personal life. A great decision to join.

Cons

The client focus and high demand means that business is really good. This currently is pulling us in many directions.
