      Pros

      I have been working here for almost two years and I love so many things about it: 1) Talented, insightful and caring colleagues who are there for you every step of the way. 2) Amazing impact of the work we do and the fact that we truly help our clients be their best self. 3) Flexibility of the working style. We work from home and that has brought a different level of freedom of choice to my professional and personal life.

      Cons

      Sometimes, we do have ebbs and flows in terms of the workload. But again, that is really up to every consultant to manage and make sure their work balance is sustainable (it is perfectly fine to say no to projects and preserve your lifestyle).

      virtual environment makes it hard to get to know people, most of the firm is from McKinsey so that's really the culture, conflict-avoidant, and somewhat passive-aggressive...

      Pros

      I can't say enough good things about this company. The people I work with are amazing, the work we do is fulfilling and my all time favorite is working from home. We are all virtual yet stay so connected. The company truly make the employees a top priority.

      Cons

      Not really any major cons. I suppose salaries could always be better. ghSMART also only has two speeds; busy and too busy. It would be nice if it could level out a bit to never reach the too busy state which can mean long hours. Although after a "too busy" stretch the company is great about allowing you to take a break to recharge.
