The firm recently made the Forbes list as one of America's Best Management Consulting Firms, and it is easy to see why. The firm prioritizes both client impact and a fulfilling career experience at the same time. On the client front, the leadership advisory work we do makes a big difference to leaders and organizations we serve, and clients continually thank us for the help we offer. Not a week goes by without some client or another expressing their gratitude. I worked at another consulting firm before and don't remember that happening that often. It is gratifying to hear frequent affirmations that our work matters. On the team front, I have always felt like everybody on this team genuinely cares about one another and does what they can to take care of each other. It is a true apprenticeship environment which means learning opportunities happen every day. The bottom line is meaningful work and great colleagues. It doesn't get much better than that.

My ghSMART colleagues are some of the best and brightest anywhere. I have never had as much fun or learned so much from any other team I've worked with. Our EA team is chock full of amazing talent that chose this firm over other amazing opportunities and it shows. The talent level is higher than I've experienced anywhere and I am challenged daily to deliver high quality output. I love the flexibility I have with my job and it allows me to be more present in my child's life - at school and in sports.
