Our team is one of the most talented ones I have ever worked with. Everybody here genuinely cares about our clients and each other. The work we do is fun and rewarding, and it has a significant impact on our clients. I have been impressed with the firm's transparent response to the pandemic and am confident we will continue to succeed no matter what comes next.

Cons

Working remotely has never been an issue until now because we typically get to be together for client work, lunches, summits, and more. It has been tougher in the pandemic, though I suppose that is true for every company.
